Children of elderly parents that come home after surgery and/or injuries that need help getting the house ready – from hiring cleaning staff (including carpet cleaners, food shopping, shopping for household items and stocking the fridge and pantry.  Read the amazing testimonial from our client's daughter…

A young lady was refereed to us after she recently moved into her boyfriend’s apartment. The goal of the project was organize, clean and create a peaceful environment. After the first day on-site with this client an unsolicited email was sent in regards to how our client felt after coming home from work, these are the moments that Le Concierge SF lives for:

OMG, I had such a long day and coming home was amazing… First the bed looked amazing + then I saw the closet. OMG it looks amazing! I love all of the hangers and think that the boxes will be great. I also think you nailed our style/sensibility with the shower curtain. Dan hasn’t seen it yet but I’m sure he will like it. Feel free to put the books out + to put shelves up in the bathroom across from the toilet and/or to the right side of it. Finally thanks so much for the orchid. Keep on doin what you are doin!

We can of course not forget the single and busy professionals in San Francisco.  There are those that find that between the day job, volunteering, having fun on the weekends, traveling and more there is no time to manage the bills, take care of the dry cleaning better yet do food shopping and prepare early meals!  That is where Le Concierge SF stepped in to help a gentlemen that is a media executive that also owns a number of properties in the Bay Area.  A set number hours are dedicated to our client and in that time all of the above is taken care of, check out some of the meals prepared!

  • After a casting agent for BRAVO TV found Le Concierge SF via Google, we received a call asking help for finding Shop-A-Holics in San Francisco for a new reality TV show.  After the project an email came to our press box:

Silvia is incredibly passionate in her work. I would recommend Le Concierge SF to anyone looking for a job well done!

Of course there are multiple sources of our fans out there, including Yelp and Google Local, here is just one example:

I needed some help with planning an event, and a friend recommended Le Concierge SF to me.  Here's how it went:

I emailed them, and they got back to me within just a couple hours.  We met up and went over the details.  She asked a lot of questions that I had not even thought of… details details details :)  Then the day of the event, Silvia showed up early, and even stayed late, making sure everything went great.  Our non-profit team was able to relax cause it went off without a worry!  The level of detail and communication that Silvia had was very comforting. Plus the food we had was way beyond our expectations, but she met the budget that we laid out.  It's funny, that after using their services, it seems that I now see their concierge service all over San Francisco and at non-profit events.  It's nice to know that the people you work with are organized and thorough. We look forward to using her again soon especially over the holidays!

One client was in need of a cake, and not just any cake…

Silvia made me about four cakes for four different occasions. The first was my niece's 4th b-day party and the attention to detail was incredible as it was a scene right out of the Wizard of Oz, and the three layer cake was a different flavor for each layer, chocolate salted carmel, dolche de leche, and a rice crispy treat for the Dress as Dorothy came to life!

The other cake was for my Sister's b-day and Silvia made a Tiffany box cake that looked identical to a real Tiffany box, and customized it for her name Tami and co which was a really classic touch. The cake was very moist and was again an incredible taste.

Giving my Mom a nice b-day was again a call to Silvia and she came through again as she made a princess cake that looked like a sculptured pillow with a real easter lilly as a topper. The attention to detail again is where Silvia shines and the number of hours it must have taken is just the icing on the cake, literally.

When ever I hear of someone having a party or celebration I always think to refer to Silvia and her cake making, or cupcakes (Chocolate smore' is a must have).

I look forward to doing more business with Silvia and her custom cakes. I can promise you, you will not be sorry. Just writing this is making me want a slice of cake, I guess its like the saying, one should never go shopping when their hungry! Then again….Silvia puts so much time and energy into everything she does, to perfection.

What do you do when you go hiking, slide down a mountain, sprain your ankle, bruise your ribs and not sure how to go food shopping?  You call your favorite personal assistant in San Francisco, here is the result:

WOW what service.
I am home with a sprained ankle and bruised ribs. I cannot do anything for myself. Silvia came over to help out. She cooked food, went shopping, took out the trash, dealt with the laundry, cleaned car, got my mail, deposited my check and refilled my water bottles and even discussed redecorating with me. With my limited mobility I am not sure how I would have gotten through the last ten days without Le Concierge SF

It’s not easy having the power of event planning in San Francisco at your finger tips…

Let’s let a few speak for themselves…

Silvia is just great, what else can I say? I have seen her in action through a Relay for life team that her and her now husband helped put together. It was a very organized and methodical venture, something that Silvia takes pride in. Working directly with Silvia over several months of the fund-raising efforts, I got to see how well she can manage complex tasks. I would highly recommend her and her business to anyone looking for more organization in their lives.

I run a nonprofit tutoring company, Tutorpedia Foundation, and I hired Silvia to be our event coordinator four our annual benefit at 111 Minna Gallery.  I couldn't have found a better choice – Silvia was the star of the evening, coordinating volunteers, caterers, and videographers.  She made sure the food was out on time, the volunteers at the door and silent auction knew what they were doing, and she schmoozed the night away with her brilliant combination of grace and elegance.  She is well-connected in San Francisco so she brought guests, not to mention flowers and a great know-how of planning big successful events.  I had a worry-free evening because of her.  Silvia is a great chef as well, and we've done other events she has catered herself.  Finally, if you ever need someone to help you organize your room, office, or life, Silvia is the woman to call!

Le Concierge helped me to produce a phenomenal photo exhibit with over 300 attendees! Since I was not from the city, Le Concierge came in and helped me promote the show, and handled the details of food and drink and retail sales, so I could concentrate on producing the artwork for the show. I would not have been able to do it without them! Highly recommend.
