Nothing tastes better than cookies straight from the oven. That's why our cookies are baked to order in small batches to guarantee the freshest taste. At Candy Bar Cookie Jar we use only the freshest of ingredients including: sweet cream butter, fresh eggs, gourmet dark Muscovado sugar and Nielsen-Massey Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla. We use a signature dough and mix in real candy bars-chopped by hand- from the well known brands we all love. We do customized individual cookie favor labels, gift baskets-Our gift baskets are traditional and beautifully packaged for giving as gifts-and have just added our "itty bitty bites" one dozen pack cookies to our line. Our 3 oz. individual cookies and the itty bitty bites can be found in these North Bay stores: Prima Palate, Tiburon; Mill Valley Market, Mill Valley; Woodlands Market, Kentfield; Paradise Foods in Corte Madera and in Novato and Petaluma Market, Petaluma. This October, look for our cookies in the East Bay at Encinal Market, Alameda and Piedmont Grocery in Oakland. We ship nation wide for online orders.

What we offer : Parties – You can have a Ceramics party for up to 20 of you and your friends! It is a class where everyone rotates on a wheel and gets a chance to learn how to throw. We also fire up the raku kiln. You can bring any food or drinks that you like and we can light the grill and fire pit. We have had nothing but rave reviews about our parties. Raku firing – Decorate your own ceramics and in 2 hours, you can take it home with you. Its great for presents and is a blast to do. The ceramics you purchase from the us is also hand made from professional potters that teach at the school. (Vases, plates, and Raku pieces can be purchased separably from us or you can bring your own) Ceramics Courses – Taught by professional potters and ceramicists both on the wheel and hand building. ALL of the teachers have world experience teaching and selling Ceramics. Christian Moffat has been selling and teaching for a living for 13 years. We are a dynamic school dedicated to teaching ceramics. The learning curve for our school, since we teach such small classes and have such dedicated teachers, is much much faster than even bigger art schools around. Come check us out and see for yourself!
