The Heart of SOMA Event was ALL of Music, Art, Food & Amazing Cause!

There are times where we just need to go out and have some fun!  True to form we did but at the same time gave to a good cause!  Le Concierge SF was invited to the Heart of SOMA event as well as make cupcakes and raise money for a good cause.  The Heart of SOMA event directly benefited the Hamilton Family Center which is the largest provider of shelter, eviction prevention assistance, rapid re-housing, youth programming, and support services for homeless families in San Francisco. Below are a few pics from the event, but before that we want to remind our readers and fans alike of some fun ways to get involved that make a difference for homeless kids:

  1. Mentoring for youth
  2. Academic support for junior high and high school age kids living in shelter.
  3. Need relevant programs for teens.
  4. Exposure, for all ages, to the arts.
  5. Internships and professional mentoring in all areas for high-school students
  6. College Prep mentoring
  7. Corporate Scholarships for college
  8. Outdoor education and field trips
  9. Cultural events: opera, symphony, ballet, museum tickets for families
  10. Sporting events
